MOD VP to 200 leg

Hello All

as may or may not know i recently got a 1988 2.4 200, finally got around to stripping down the engine and found the crankshaft was shot. Found a Mod VP power head and wondered if it would fit on my midsection and gearcase.

Looked on the Merc EPC and noted the exhaust adapter plate was different but only exception i spotted.

Thanks for any help you can provide

i think you,ve got a two peice adaptor plate at the mo. you need the 2.4 one peice plate to get the water flow. because the mod vp has no poppet valve
