More Power From Suzuki DT100

Hi

Theres a suzuki dt100 come up for sale locally at a fair price and im looking at getting it to go on a phantom 18, does any one know if you can fit bigger carbs, adjust timing etc to bump them up a few horses say 115,130?

Cheers,
Kieran

I know i should but im on a limited budget and i know its not the attitude to have with boats but its really only to get me going and learn the ropes before doing something a bit more permanent.
