new engine

Well guys me ed is spinning now im not sure what to get? would a 300xs be good like cyc says (with a mod or two) or do i get the one burty is on about? I like a bit of speed thats why i got my seadoo 255 but when i give that some im thinking shi* i hope i dont come off at this speed please help not got that much money so need to get it right first time

P.S sorry to be a pain in the rear

Not tried the Yam prop, had a lot of extra strength work done on the boat for our good Guernsey weather so the boat is very heavy.
Best prop out the box Spinnelli 24x14 but now have a worked Hoss 24x14 that gives good bow lift plus keeps revs up

For all round use get an opti 200/225... IMO

Might not be as quick as a 300hp jobby, and if you really know what your talking about (which i don't!) the boat might not handle as well...

But you'll have a boat thats great for all round use. fast, lots of grunt for towing, reliable and cheap as chips on fuel!
