Oberg Race life jacket

I was recently given a Oberg race life jacket, It was originally owned by Ken McCrorie of F3 fame. I realizes it probably dates back to the late 80’s but would any one know if it still be legal for basic racing

dont know about the legal stuff,but i cant see why it woudnt be, looks better than most of the new ones...
