Ocke Mannerfelt Speed Rails

Im in the process of stripping my old hull and re-rigging a new one.

on the bottom of my old ring 18 are a set of 'blades' screwed to the steps in the hull, i think 4 in total.
i have been told that they were made and designed by Ocke Mannerfelt but cant find any info on them on the net.

has anyone had any experience with them? my ring 18 handled extremely well and turned like it was on rails, but they have always been on that hull so i dont know if the handeling is improved by them, having never run it without them on.

and if i am to remount them to my new hull is there any kind of adhisive that i could trust to stick them on or is screwing them the only way to keep them there?

I know, i hate to see the magician go but its really really tired, after a little accident after few beers and a rouge wave, and 51 mins of rough racing the hull has started to give

the accident i had cracked the windscreen, but as it is not a moulded screen i thought this was no problem structurally, but the crack was right in line with my steering helm.

in the race the crack continued working it way down my dash and the helm is now flapping about. right in line underneath on the steps of the hull the gel has cracked and flaking back to glass. im worried if i try push it in a race ill fold it, id prefer to be in something safe that i know will finish the race

i know its a quick hull and i will prob hold onto it (as i do everythin) lol. but it needs a lot of work thats prob out of my knowledge or skill level

an if the ring20 doesnt go well with the XR2 maybe just means ill have to dig the 2.4 out an spend some time sortin that
