Outboard Tuning

I have a 2.5 Pro Max 225hp
What mods can I do to push it into the 260hp-300hp range?

How much would you give me for it? It has a bullet box with low water pickups and a carbon fibre cowling and is in pretty good nick too!

Maybe I can help. The more push at the back, the more the back will want to overtake the front.
