International 2 pack primer and paint always left a mirror glass finish if prepared correctly and using a reasonable spray gun. Some of the boat builders here may know of much better materials available.

I have never had any problems wit using two pack automotive paint on all the boats I have painted.
It is easier to use as well as thousands of colours including basecoat and clear systems. You can do some really trick spray jobs.

Hi Mike,

Have you looked into "Awlgrip" I used this on my P21 and I've got to say it's good stuff. This is the sort of comment it gets ............"Rumery's specializes in Awlgrip® application. Awlgrip is a high durability paint. With proper application, it is the most recommended paint in the marine environment."............ It is a bit more involved than standard 2 pack but long term, I think, it's worth it.

Peter
