Sounds like fuel starvation.
Fuel vented ok?
Fuel lines kinked?
Fuel pump?

If it was an EFI I'd say VST pump or filter screen! Check your fuel pump

Is this a pair of engines doing the same thing? Do they both draw off the same tank? If so it could be dirt in the tank blocking the stand pipe.

checked everything

one of the engines was having more problems than the other one of the wires to the ignition coil was half stripped causing a leak to bare metall it is now solved.
the other engine had some bad connections on its powerpack so i will replace it and will also throw in a new stator cuz it melted

will be running again soon.

If both are doing it and its not a fuel problem i would check earthing. Run the engines on seperate auxillary tanks to eliminate other issues.
