Prop advice for a P21

Ok
I know that this is difficult, but I'm at a bit of a loss now
The boat is an early, 1982 p21 hull. 150 optimax engine
We have tried so far
A 23 powertech 4 blade prop 56-57mph nearly 6,000 rpm
A 24 worked chopper 58-59 in the rough 5,600 rpm but only managed 52-53mph in the flat today at 5,500rpm
A 25" pro vee 54mph 5,500rpm

Have a few lazers to try tomorrow along with a 20" chopper which I think will be too short

We are only looking for out an out speed on this one so bow lift is quite essential

Any more specific info required please let me know
Thanks
Chris

Point of bullet is 2 inches below the bottom of the hull, an no jack plate, engine height is second bolt hole from the bottom, so high... But the transom has been cut 6 inches

I'm sure the 135hp & 150 hp opti's are 2.1 ratio boxes and the 175hp & 200hp are 1.86

14.5 will fit omc and suzuki 4.5" hub gearcases(v6). if you have a merc bush put in you need some washers made up for v6 and the bush spline and propshaft length are different

Not all, but with the trophy, laser and an offshore we tried the speed didn't alter with or without skiier! I know were still off the the likes of yours and cyclones but I'm not sure there's much more left to come
