Prop mods- who to use?

I bought a new stainless prop for my 4.3 Volvo....in the vain hope it might take me up the river a little quicker than the 'old' alloy job. It didnt, shall I get it 'modded' and if so who to use.

Sad I know to want to go 3 mph quicker but there you go...

If it is of any help - I just got my prop back from Streamlined Propellers.

Sent it out last Wednesday and it was back today, Monday.
