Propeller diameter ?

Looking for some advice,

my brother wants to get a spare prop, his outboard is a Suzuki 4 stroke 140hp which has a standard Suzuki aluminum prop 3 blade 14" dia X 21" pitch, on a Humber rib, he does not want to get a stainless steel prop just another alum prop.

A local dealer has a 3 blade 13 1/4" dia x 21" p prop in stock,

first question, what advantages / disadvantages would this reduction in diameter mean ?

second question, the new prop is not a Suzuki prop but a Turning Point Legacy aluminum prop, any comments on these props ?

Thanks in advance.
