Props

I used to have a castle head cleaver prop on my 2.4efi but it was stolen. The replacement prop doesn't, so is there a way to secure the prop without drilling the prop shaft ?

Phil, What I assume Techteam has posted a part number for is a splined washer with the standard merc "castle head" on it.

If it's what you need, PM me your address and I'll stick one in the post to you.

When you put your prop on, are there splines protruding past the hub?

Duly Noted, That's why I gave you the part number for the special castle head adapter to take the standard tab washer. If like hydrostream says the end of the splines dont project through the hub buy the correct back washer to space it correctly.
