Rex marine indicator panel

Finally got round to fitting my rex lifter/drive and tabs gauge panel today, but got a slight querry. The tabs and lifter slide bars are fine but the drive seems to be a bit back to front, I got all the right cables 33c, but its as if I have to mount the drive cable from the other side compared to the other 3, which cant be right as all 4 cable entries are form the passenger side. So basically what I've ended up with is that when the gauge shows fully trimmed in its in fact trimed out and visa versa. Any suggestions please????
