does anyone know of an easy way of removing old silacone,its well stuck on a metal roll cage

Firstly Scott call it by its correct spelling "Silicone" derr......... (here's hoping i have spelt it correctly)


Ive used a product called "Stick-Stuff Remover" and that seems to work well...
