Slow pick-up

Looking for some advice or suggestions regarding a issue I have with an older Merc 200HP, believe date is around 88/89.
Each time I have recently taken her out, I seem to be missing power for the first 10/15mins. Foot flat down and she is generally running ok but not pumping out the full rpm. Give it a warm up and you can audibly hear the power suddenly pick-up and then she runs fine for the rest of the day. Skiing and toys present no issue at this point.
Just seems to be when she is cold.
The fuel lines and filters are a year old and no shape kinks in the fuel line.
I thought about fuel pump as I have no history when or even if it's been changed but any ideas?
Cheers
