steering

Hi all can anyone help i need to adjust steering as the drives toe out half inch and should toe in 1/4 inch i have external marine machine hyd rams plus the motors still runs the power steering pumps ??? , should anything be disconected hyd wise. new to this setup and i do not want to bend or break anything had hyd steering on my last boat but not power steering as well . THANKS

Paul just adjust your tie bar to give you the right toe in, don't disconnect the hydraulics, just turn the steering wheel when you have finished.

Be sure the drives are trimmed the same when the measurement is taken. I'd suggest making the propshaft parallel with the bottom running surface of the hull when measuring the drive toe. Good Luck.
