Steering Hose

Anyone know where I can get SAE 100R5 hose in 5/16 bore?
It is parker 201,225,206 series, aeroquip 2651 hoses etc

Hyphose in southampton don't have any, but are phoning parkers to see if they can get it, think automotive (aeroquip dealers) were useless - despite me telling em what aeroquip part no I was looking for!

Saywell Hoses

Littlehampton way or used to be, wont be cheap but will be top stuff

That said Hyphose in poole were excellent, all out of stock but they got it in, hoses made up in less than 24 hours all with stainless fittings when I used them.

Rustington!

Matt,

Ive had all my steering, lifter and trim hoses made from a carbon braided hose. Bought through pirtek (bit pricey though) and saved me about 5kg's in weight from the old stuff. I'll see if i can dig the make of it out.

I have found a supplier of the correct spec hose @ £3.48 per metre.
It does meet the spec, dimensions etc needed.

Scotty - that carbon house sounds interesting once I know where it all stands weight wise, suspect I'll put it on a starvation diet once I know how much it weighs.
