I would always mount the tabs in line with the angle of the V - more tab force with less deflection and looks a million times better. Just MHO.

If it makes any odds the tabs on hotshot are in line with the V not horizontally.
Dan how are they mounted do you have a pic of inside the transom?
is your floor cut out at the back to get to the bolts ?

I personally still think that it makes more sense to have them in line with the V.

No
I'm a shallow individual. So when past statements like Cowes is for big race boats and you little ones are only here to make up the numbers & to offset the launching costs. Sub reception for certain boats only, ect ect, ect
I dont go back, regardless.

er............................Yep

How did everybody enjoy there trip around the pits.
Oh couldn't get in..............
Well how about a drink up at the squadron, Oh no invite

Yes I'm a stubbon ass with no sense. must buy a new baby grow in fat old bugger size next time I'm passing Mothercare.

Alright If an organiser goes public here to buy me a beer at the RYS I'll buy him two & life will be happy smiles & petrol will be free for everybody next year red diesel will be even cheaper & Mercury will build a 300 XS & a 400XS two stroke. Verados will be dumped with the tooling in the sea to establish a new coral reef!

Quite true things have changed but "Same shit different Wrapper" Just looking at the poll over 30% of people didn't like it thats a sizeable chunk. I hope it can turn around there is a lot of history there.
Never been one of my favorite places, but there was a certain atmosphere. But heck cost a arm and leg to go with ya boat on the ferry, hotels at a premium & all those feken noisy smelly scooters. ........Where me Parka ................
