Tuner Plate

Does anyone know if it is ok to mill out the sections of the exhaust holes I have marked out here?

Yup fine dude thats cus that plate is for a 2 litre and not a 2.5

it helps the power a bit i am not sure how much. i think you would need to dyno your engine beforeyou did it,and then again arfter buy grinding this part away you are taking away a restriction so the exhaust will flow easier. on the ones i have done i have also noticed a change in sound from the exhaust {that might just be me} anyway happy grinding dude

If you notice the print the exhaust is making and see how close it is to the water on the other side of the exhaust exits ? A base gasket will NOT live cut that thin. If you were to chop the throttle back the gasket will be drawn into the exhaust flow with the scavange draft and water will enter # 5 & #6.. Get the tuner adaoter that mates correctly with the exhaust exits of your particular block you'll br much happier with the outcome.

The base gasket does not need to be cut? I placed it on the tuner and its the same size as the print left by the exhaust.
So what your saying is if I mill that part of the tuner the exhaust will suck up water due the gasket giving way?
