vertex pistons

Has anyone heard of vertex pistons? They look pretty cool but I know never to judge a book by it's cover!

Vertex is a cast piston made in Italy BUT only comes in bottom guided, some of the Pro Stock race folks in Outboard Drag racing use them .I my self have never used them , they seem to be a better piece than the OEM cast ..

If I use cast in a steel sleeved engine I use OEM send them to have them cryoed and top pinned from John Marles , have been bullet proof for me at 8000 and below...
