Look very similar to what they sometimes user for attaching motorcycle screens & fairings.

True. My Ducati has them all over the place. They're great until the nut bit comes loose inside the rubber then they're a bitch to get off.

Try M&P Motorcycle accessories or someone like 'Woolies' (An auto retsoration suppliers) Google 'em and see what you get.
