I'd have set it at 6-6.5psi? As for volume my boat does roughly 1.5litres per mile if that helps ya work it out between 100-110litres in an hour?

Dont use an electric fuel pump! Dont rate them at all! Ive got a standard square "diaphram" pump on the side of the block. It does the job and the faster the engine goes the more fuel it provides! If you keep an eye on the fuel pressure and replace the diaghrams regularly there not a prob. Anything you can substitute for something that isnt electric is a bonus in my opinion!

5 psi

The recommended fuel pressure is 5psi.
Although I would try to run nearer to 6psi if possible.

Remove the air box and check that the carbs are not flooding if you go to 6psi.

Stick with the Holley red top, never let me down.
