XR2 vs Optimax 200 engine weights?

Can anyone let me know the specs on both motors?
I've been told the opti is a 3 litre. just want to know if bolting it on my Marshan 18 makes me a suicidal maniac! :-/

the reality

A few weeks ago a french boats magazine weighed the 200 hp familly, and the result is not similar to manufacturer specification.
each egine weighed with cowling, propeller , oil.
Almost 60kg difference between the ligth one to the heavier one for the 200hp familly.

I did just that on my Ring 21. Went from an xr2 to a 200opti.
Was very impressed with the performance from the 200,had so much grunt on a light boat,Didn't really notice the extra weight on the back as it out performed the xr2.
Did try and twist the boat over Port side as the torque was to much for a narrow Boat. That was the only down side.
