Yamaha drag propeller

Hi,

I've been looking into making a yamaha drag style prop for my thundercat. Problem is they don't come in the right size. I'd need around 11.5" diameter by 20 ish pitch.
What are my choices for making one? I was thinking of an OMC chopper and cutting into a drag style? or maybe a bigger merc chopper, 14.5 x 22 or so. But the problem then is the hub is too big and would block the exhaust gases unless I drilled for above prop exhaust (which I don't really want to do).

Also what do you guys think of the yamaha drag style props?

Cheers

Should say, I think they'd go really well on a thundercat, cleavers and choppers both work and it seems like the drag is half of each, or at least the rake figures suggest it is.
From S&F:
"Cleaver - 15 deg
Yamaha Drag - 18-20 deg
Chopper - 23-25 deg"

Try Ron Hill props in US, they might make something similar, with small hub

I've had a look at his props but he doesn't make drag style props in the right size. I was thinking maybe I could get a chopper or cleaver from him and have it cut
