Yamaha V4's

My mate is restoring a p16 at the moment and would like to go for a yam 130 or possibly a Tohatsu 140 as he is going to be running it with a “Comfort” spec and wants the same speed my 16 will deliver with a 90. So does anyone out there have ether of these two engines they would like to part with? Also, what is the difference between the yam 115 and 130? Is it just a change of carbs or is there a little more too it?

Yamaha 130 For sale!

Yamaha are very clever at marketing and always make sure its dearer to make an engine the hp it could be by buying parts later!

Differences are Carbs/Jets
Exhaust divider plate
Exhaust tuner pipe
Timing (adjustable)

The Yammie V4 is a far superior engine in weight/strength/durability/economy than anything else of its massive 24 year era. Although mid 90s saw production at its best

I have 130B £3,000 see trading post under Phantom 19 for sale

130B Standard with oil injection removed inc prop,controls/cables to suit p16.

£2650 Both engines mid 90s

All the engines i sell are fully serviced with 3 months warranty

Phantom 16's with 130 are great fun as pleasure boats.
