BananaShark 1st and 2nd
Sorry I couldn't help myself - feeling over the moon about our result on Sunday, having lapped the entire field except the other BananaShark, it was almost the perfect result although we don't feel to bad about being beaten in the RIB class by the big diesel RIB - he went the wrong way and had to make up a huge amount of ground to get past us and he did, so well done to the Wilby's.
As mentioned elsewhere, Ian Stirlings result was excellent, was the result of a well setup boat, and a very good and hugely experienced driver, Well done! I suspect he backed right off though, and the first 2 or 3 laps we were circulating very closely, it was great to glance over and see that Phantom flying straight and level most of the time, I think it was probably only our extra length that gave us the advantage!
Looking forward to "LA", and continuing the fight!

Thanks to both of you - K9, sorry to hear your weekend didn't go well, better luck next time! Matt, I'm sure that you'll be flying in the next race - hopefully a bit flatter for you!

Excellent results Cookee.
Lot of hard work doing your own projects - but when it does come all together it feels so much better - you win in so many different ways!
