Boxing Day at Exmouth
Anyone planning on racing at Exmouth this Boxing day???
race starts at 11.00am open race, normally a good laugh but bloody cold.
Hoping to have Burty's P20 finished by then!!

Didn't race boxing day myself as I got up late.
Can't remember the results altho it was good racing.
I did the new years day race tho, much rougher than boxing day.
Finished second to a twin engined rib.
Was having a very good race with a yellow rib in which we both changed places several times, that was until they hit the eject button.
It was on lap five they both leap out of the boat for a swim!!!!!
Luckily nethier were hurt.
race was stopped there and results taken.
I would definately do this type of race again was bloody good fun.

cyco , exmouth club rallys happen althrough the summer , theres normally one every month from april till sept ish , happens about 7.30 ish either tuesday evenings or thursdays , rally, (race)from exmouth to torquay,go to the pub then back again , for more details pm cider daize

yellow rib was martin lie phantom evo with 225 merc , he normally races revenger 29 twin rig , blew 1 engine on boxing day , ocean dragon.We race about 10 times a year all you have to be is a member of our club £42.00 let me know if you are intrested, we have our own club house with bar and ski pontoon

I think it just proves that putting a silly rubber ring round a boat makes it very dangerous!
