Dunno if you have the links but the inshore channel wave bouys are quite groovy for info. Handy to peek at if you were thinking of going out and you want to see what its like.

Actually, when you watch that video, it's hard to imagine it's as big as 1/2 metre, at least the inshore part, which is I guess what you'd define Boscome as.
