Hi Guys
Yep you are right i have been just a tad busy, ive been out in France helping with the Rouen 24 hr endurence race and no it wasn,t all relaxing i walked miles and miles and have lost several feet. I am not as young as i was but it was great to see some people i have't seen in a while.Well done to all the British teams who put in a stirling effort.
Then i poped to Plymouth for the OCR event as their safety officer and a great weekend it was too. Well done Bob and all the crews.
Now back to Burryport sorry you couldn't get hold of me Brian my mobile was on all weekend. Yes the event at Burryport is most certainly on we have had lots of interest and entry forms in so its on and we will be in Burryport to welcome all teams from about 2pm on Friday traffic permitting.
Any other teams who would like to have a go you are all welcome. Just so everyone knows there will be a minimum of 10 boats so it's a great time to get out the and have a go to test your boats and the race party is booked for Sat night with live band, grub and cheap beer.
The only thing we need but can do nothing about is good weather but here's hoping!!!!!
See you all any questions just let us know
Gary
