Your constant slating of P1 and what they are hoping to achieve seems a little bit fanatic to say the least, especially for someone who apparently isn't even racing with 4N or P1
Ah then Mr G, so perhaps you will explain to all 'looking on' why Steve Curtis threatened Four nations with legal action only last week in the name of the Company and as MD of Formula Four Stroke Ltd?

Can anyone tell all of us 'looking on' how the deal was structured for both the assets of Formula Four Stroke Ltd ((which were subject of the issue) and or the business in its transfer to P1 or P1 associated Companies?

Also if you would like to meet me at the first event of Four Nations I will gladly show you around my boat before I race it!

Don't you just love the attitude of these Superstock supporters, guys and gals? That they have to resort to false information to further their cause?

For the record Scream paid his deposit in November - as Commercial Director I would know so why does this clown chance such statements? - IMHO the statement makes him appear stupid! Would have been better placed in Torkin Bollix

And yet SC claims the company has been 'wound up', but then it's not unusual for Companies house to be a little behind on the paperwork...

No that is very true indeed Mr G but it is also true that Steve was still acting in the capacity of MD only a few days ago.

That's extremely interesting so then.....can you advise if the Company we are debataing here has been voluntarily wound up or 'did' it appointed administrators?

If it is still operating as of the date of your posting Mr G you may have some apologising to do too

As for the Xcat comment ??? We still have a Honda to race too...does that not show true committment to a sport? That we pay to do it instead of take take take from it?

Splendid commitment!

However, since 4N still haven't published the dates of their races, I guess you won't know whether or not you can race in them.

They have to the teams and I think I published them here!

Probably on the other thread that is no longer...

There has, I understand, been a lot of work and working with others on this. The dates were set but the venues not announced as I also understand that on pervious occasions the 'others' did not exactly help by interefring with their work!

Can you ask Steve for me if Formula Four Stroke Ltd is operational or not. You seem to know a lot about 'that side of things'

Can you name the teams that have signed up, and that the dates were announced to?

Ask Four Nations and you will get a response as they have the cheques confirming entries. I was told but cannot remember all. The dates were sent out on 5th March. Also have you established yet exactly when you believe F4SA Ltd was wound up? I was advised of the legal threat against Four Nations for using video of the Honda series to promote the new 'Honda' series by Steve last week on behalf of the Company and as MD. Now, according to you Mr G, if he is telling people he has wound it up then this is an important matter for people. But basically these are the sort of tactics that the competitive group are deploying (ie the F4SA team running Superstock) to undermine Four Nations efforts to provide continuity for teams with Honda engines. P1 will distance themselves but they they were copied in on the e-mail naturally.

Serious stuff eh? For a fun sport of mostly amateurs...get the picture?

Anyways dates as requested:::

29/30 May

25/27 June

10/11 July Reserve date

31/1 July August Reserve date

14th/15th August

24/26 Sept

Perhaps he transferred the rights of the video of F4SA events to P1 Superstock, and maybe still has control over the copyright??

Not sure how that works, but I guess if he / his company paid for the films to be made, then he / his company retains the copyright??

Have you tried asking Steve?

I would imagine that the races / series where the television was recorded, you signed an agreement to allow them to video your boat / the races you were in.

I assume you have a copy of your part of this agreement....

Sorry Mr G the onus will be on P1 to demonstrate they have the rights...not me. I have no agreement with P1 to my knowledge.

The agreement will have been with the film company recording the images. The wording on that will be watertight.

But last week Steve asked Four Nations to remove video acting as MD for Formula Four Stroke Ltd...sorry but who owns the rights? Does P1 own the rights or does Formula Four Stroke Ltd own the rights?

Has P1 actually bought the series rights and how does this relate to the agreements signed by the teams. Rock solid? Hmm we shall see..

I would suggest that if you're that unhappy about having your two or three seconds of video used in the P1 promo clip, that the best course of action would be to contact P1 about it to have it removed. I'm assuming P1 would have gained the correct written consent from the copyright owner to show the video.

Perhaps the best person to get in touch with would be Roopi at P1 as she is in charge of marketing, so would probably be best placed to help your enquiry. I'm assuming you already have her contact details
