You'd have to ask God, I mean Mr Buzzi, but i'd imagine a bit of lift, and a bit of stability.
That has to be my fave 'larger boat'. (but i'd ditch the wing!)

Surely this is the 'daddy' of all larger monohulls?
Gotta be my favourite, and probably with the wing!

A similar boat is doing OK in Evolution class ...............

Yeah, the 46 is a real monster, but not really a realistic dream for a nobba like me.
A 38 could be a 'maybe' one day.
As for the Donzi, TD and I had a look round the facory 38 ZX (canopied) F-2 boat at the Miami show a couple of years back and considering it was Donzis own boat, the build quality and rigging wasn't really all that nice, so i'll pass ta.

OK Jon, so you're still going for the 38' Buzzi then - so where do I get one of those from and how much is it going to cost me?

I didn't say it'd be my choice for P1, I haven't read the rules, it may be that you can't put enough gee-gees in it to be competitive!
I was saying it'd be my fave pleasure boat, and that the Donzi was..........not for me.

Andreas Ugland ran a Buzzi 46 with F-16 canopies on the early/mid 90's (quad Seatek powered) 'Fiat Uno' went up the beach in the fog near Torquay along with Mr Curtis in his Cougar cat.

It's a "no canopy" class so that would be fine as it is!
Jon - Supersport is about 222hp per ton and Evolution is about 285hp per ton. Max speeds respectively are 80 and 90 mph.

I would just like to point out that this project would have to be paid for by others in the form of sponsorship!
