many years back I spent 2/3 years knocking around the geriatric's office kinda helping out but probably more of a hinderance, but it did make me wish I could start my own race series ha,ha, just like flightracingteam so good luck even though my views are different to yours, the reason for bringing this up is the Fabfour post, in my mind your boat does not make sense, how could a cat around 35/36ft be 2200kg in race trim, so your boat only weighs around 1600kg without power mmm the weight of 2 little Lotus Elise's, it could be done but why, with 3 outboards this would be class 2 as you say not 6ltr and I thing the weight then would have been 3000+kg for the cat??? so the additional weight would be no where near as much as 1850kg, even in my fictional race series your boat would be 3600kg.

mmm...how can I get a race series going who would sponsor me...er no one so thats that idea out the window

If its output at the propeller does not exceed either 650 HP for Hotboats 600 or 1100 for Hotboats 1000 and the fuel is avalible from to the general public from any fuel station then yes
