No you never said driver read exactly what I wrote pls.
Dosen't matter if it a race/poker run or going out for swim.......YOU SHOULD NEVER DRINK AND DRIVE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>PERIOD.
And no I have never ever car/boat or yacht had a drink and any one who does is a fool..........You may THINK you are ok but if there is an incident whether your fault or not you would be in deep **** up to neck.
I also think joking about suckh a thing is just a tad irresponsible.................

So where did i say I WANT DRUNKS ON A BOAT

You must be of a small minority that you have never driven or been a passenger in a pleasure boat and not had a single drink.

Of course Mi5 probably scrutineer this forum

Sorry never realised Joking was banned on here.

Still given it more thought

Once in the marina you head for the first bar and............................................... .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ......................................an hour later you have to run back to the marina to get back on the boat and head for Cowes.

I've been pissed on several boats, the worst was when I had about 10 hours on the Portsmouth-Guernsey car ferry with Alan and the rest of the MissFitz crew!

Richard Strutton was so pissed he lost his trousers.

I'm with Tim on this no Drinking & Powerboats.

So Irresponsible all that celebration on the Winners barge at Cowes & then expect them to drive the boat back, shocking example mind you they did get a tow sometimes. Even worse London Calais London, punishing the poor drivers then make them drive up the commercial water way to Putney for recovery.

But then again maybe as an individual one could exercise “GOOD” judgment
"Right & Wrong is not the same as legal & illegal & dont always align as one would expect.
