ORDA running Formula 200

For 2006 ORDA will be running the Formula 200 championship. We believe there is mileage in this class and will make big efforts to move it forward.

So anybody with upto 200hp can race in this class.

All part of the development of ORDA as the main offshore club!

Certainly can - the Formula 200 class is to allow all boats upto 200hp to race together, be they 3C boats, RIBs or sportsboats. Then in addition to the overall result there will be seperate results for the different types of boats - so a Marshan should fit into Sportsboats ideally.

We will run FormUla 200 at all 4 ORDA races next year.

There is some debate - but certainly anything 20 foot plus is OK. In the region 18 to 20 foot the boat / entry maybe looked at. Below 18 foot will not be allowed.

As organisers we would like to see boats such as ex. OCR Phantoms racing, so hope that the 18's will be allowed!
