They did brilliantly! They lost a leg in the first race in very rough conditions, worked all night to fix it and then beat the Italians and Maltese on the Sunday, fighting hard all the way.
Ourselves (Arpro), Drew Langdon (Buzzi Bullet) and Jolly Special all had 'special' treatment from the Italian and Maltese teams and there are ongoing disputes and protests flying around which meant no points for ourselves or Drew for Saturday's race (UK 1 and 2 again!). So Martin's win was particularly welcome on Sunday. Appeals etc ongoing so cannot say anything within the forum.
Damaged hull badly on Saturday so we were unable to race on Sunday
Fainplast, stunning Evolution boat turned over on Sunday, have a look at the P1 site for pictures. Fortunately all the crew were OK.
We'll be updating our site within the next 24 hours with more pictures etc ... www.extremeboat.com

Dragon have been great and will be coming over to fix the damage. They are giving us all the support we need.
The good news is we sorted the electrical problems we experienced in the second race in Malta so step by step we are getting there

In pic 2, those waves are making a 55' boat look small. Awesome stuff.

Looks like the compitition is hotting up, is that boat number 47 a buzzi as per the now defunct PRO VEE series and run by Drew Langdon, but in pro vee they had a single diesel engine, but I assume in P1 they must have twin engines to comply?

Fantastic I take it by the name the shrink, you are Jan, it's going to be an exciting series now especially as two of the leading supersport boats are from the uk, and in a very strong position already, great stuff guys. It,s a pity for the UK offshore fans there are no boats racing like this in our water's, but with no TV coverage and no sponsorship in UK it is very understandable that big expensive boats now race in world/europe series, so good luck UK teams show em how it's done
