Powerboat P1 On Eurosport
Powerboat P1 has announced a key partnership with pan-European broadcaster, Eurosport, which will deliver its World Championship series to more than 115 million homes across Europe.
The agreement will see the adrenaline-fuelled highlights from the 2008 and 2009 Grand Prix of the Sea events screened on Eurosport 1, with the first broadcast planned for Tuesday 28 October. Repeat programming will take place on Eurosport 2.
Powerboat P1 Commercial Director Robert Wicks, said: “We are delighted to have agreed this partnership, which will offer Powerboat P1 a significant increase in visibility through Eurosport’s multimedia platform. With coverage in 59 countries, we are going to see a real boost to the profile of the series and believe it will add tremendous value for the teams and their sponsors.”
Eurosport’s Commercial Director for Key Accounts and Partnerships, Patrick Maitrot, said: “This partnership with Powerboat P1 enables Eurosport to complement its existing motorsports offer by broadcasting one of the most exciting and dynamic sports on water.”

If like me you forgot about it, looking through the website it shows powerboat racing again on the 4th at 23.30 but it does not say P1 so I am hopping it is after doing a stupid thing and watching a dvd lent to me of AVP 2 having seen the others this one was defo not the best and it made me forget P1

It depends on what you mean by "just off", the dockyard is in Plymouth and just a few minutes from the A38 but not actually alongside it.
