Not overly sure but the name rings a bell but hugo Montgomery-Swan i think plays quite a big part in the boating scene.. Not sure what tho. The boat looks the part. could be a serious rival for the tital.. depends ??????

It has an overhang over the stern of some 5' plus and will measure at just below 50ft - so I have been assured, Adam Younger will know, it's his design. It's soon to be built apparently with four engines - these guys are serious so don't mock too much.

IMHO this is the one to worry about, not much has been said on here about Steve and the new Cougar 38 but once again, don't discount this combination, it certainly looks the business.

The site is down due to it being updated. The project is very exciting indeed, alot of hard work by various parties involved, It is dependant on funding being in place from sponsors and investors, we are going through contracts with two parties at the moment, so lets wait and see. We hope to start the moulds asap.

Claire- I spoke with Eric a couple of days ago and keeping him up to date moving forward.

Let's hope they project isn't being run by the same people who are doing the website update, nothing takes that long, except incompetence.

We raised a fantastic amount of money for great ormand street, not on a maybe, we promoted Cowes-Monte Carlo to great audience of influential business and motorsport figures also. The person who won the bid is in constant cumincation with myself and we have a seat for him in RB12. We are already not aiming for RB12 with the new boat. I don't want to talk about the project and it may not happen, hence why I have nOt mentioned it on here or other forums, however I have created a concept to which I am now working with the right people to do all I can to make it a reality, if it does then it will be great for the sport and further grow the field of marathon boats.

I don't need to reply to comments such as that. I am going to continue to keep my head down and press on, trying my best to make this project a reality and move it forward. It would be great to have another big boat racing and also aid the sport. See you on the start line.
