what is the DSC VHF with command mike for? Surely if you break down you can just shout to someone

If you are practising out at sea and you break down you can shout as loud as you like.

Clearly you wont need one for the actual race series, but an optional fit for practising.

You may consider it worthless abit like fitting a search light to a day boat lol
