came across this on google - v-24 going to russia

v11 was a bit heavy but nicely rigged. last time I saw the black v24, it had a seized engine.

Hey Tom!

I thought V-11 went to France, but Russia interesting!

I know that Marc talked about a V-24 that went to either Germany or Russia but with a more powerful engine.

Anyway, the no. V-24 in the pic is ex Danielle V-7?

Smogen is not far beyond the bridge into Malmo, so much closer than Stockholm. But as you say, one heck of a trip for everyone and looks like some good fun in store!
Our Southend race was planned for the week before, but we are going to change the date, if possible.
Of course, you could also include Skagerrak Across, the week before.

i dont think the v24 crews had intended to do southend as the water is not deep enough,so i would not change date that you had planned

Meet with Ocke today at his office down in Stockholm, Ted showed up as well. We had a good V-24 talk, over lunch and a few hours at his office.

I think its great that V-24 will be center of attention in the future if it works out good with the new production, new promoter, UIM e.t.c.

But, for now, lets focus on the old boats we got... I will soon start to work on my boat again, wont do much since it performed well in Ramsgate but i need to replace that rod that snapped and gutted the oil-pan in half =)
