Don't want to be shot down in flames but if they fitted in with the engine categories do you think RIB's should be allowed to enter alongside the hard boats.

Why not ?
ORDA used to run hard boats & RIBs together a few years ago.
I worked quite well - the hard boats did better in the calm weather, & the RIBS better when it was rougher.

The general trend seems to be going down the HP route rather than CC !! I feel this is a bit backward but if thats what they want then so be it !!

Surfice it to say that once the commitment is there from people to race then we will come up with the best format for those involved.
