2006 Blade Run "Gumball on water"

Dates are confirmed for the 2006 Blade Run as 16 - 20th August known as the "Gumball on water" .
This year looking very exciting - many more boats already entered and cool line up. Recent update just gone out.

Looking for an open top V24, if such a thing exists! Anyone know if this has been made? (like how some Blade Runners are open canopied).

Just found out about this rally sounds great but needs a good fleet of boats to make it worth while. Has anyone entered?

Is there a catch with the gumball rally that i dont know about. This cruise appears to be a proper challenge not some chaunt in the solent at the weekend, that lets face it we have all done. I want to see 21 25 28 Phantom's and the so called imposter ( whats it called Chauldron's ) together blasting down the Thames to France and back to Poole. I've read enough crap on this forum about this subject Yawn Yawn. Oh by the way I will chuck an old revenger in aswell if it happens
