Don't be silly,it's top secret so we have to follow Motorvator. Then he can tell us all what a great prop choice he made

Prop Favour
Ladies and Gents,
I was just wondering if anyone has a pair of 26"- 28" Propellers, suitable for my Phantom 25 with 2 x 200XS's.....that they are willing to loan for the weekend?
The props I have will most likely need de-piching as they are 30".
Cheers
Steve

I know I'm being a little coy with the course but that's because it's actually Burnham Week as well expecting 120 racing yachtsmen at the same time as us. I have all of that in hand and am speaking to their race officer who wishes us all the best for our event as I have them.
The problem for them is the light winds will mean they won't know their courses until early each morning so we won't know until the last minute where to avoid. However we are both juggling things as we want to avoid conflict if we can totally.
However the special course for Andy has been set out and I would suggest he familiarise himself with the area around Hook of Holland.
For those others we trust implicity the Sunday route should be Burnham > Buxey Sands > Bradwell waterside > Burnham.
I can only advise to use the Wallet Spitway as I am not going to be responsible for anyone getting back at 4 in the morning and there being no sausages left! There is though the opportunity to hop over the sands as we will be around high water. I think a few will also want to extend the run with a flash up the Blackwater which is fine.
The alternative short course for those not in a weapon that will do that in a couple of hours is a further Card Boat sited at Paglesham but what that means is all boats will go out together and return together if I have my timings right!
The Monday Route at the moment is likely to be going the other way out of the marina and a short run to Fambridge and back with the larger boats anchoring in raft and the fun on the water taking place. I say likely as if someone decides to put a dinghy race in the middle of it we may have to use the alternative of doing the same the other end of the river.

The Paddy Reilly Tribute Trophy
Although we would stress again to everyone, this is not a race but a game of chance, this prestigious annual trophy has been kindly donated by Kerry Bobin - who knew Paddy back in the day - for the winner of the Poker Run (awarded to the crew that embodies the essence of ‘fun on the water’) Kerry says “This event epitomises everything Paddy stood for! He was always there to lend a hand to anyone and bend the ear of any who would listen about power boating. I would like to think that this event sums up everything that Paddy stood for. Fun & frivolity on the water!”
The family would like to thank Kerry for his kind generosity in sponsoring this tribute trophy and hope it will become an annual event to remember Pad in years to come. All we would ask in return is that everyone treats it in the manner in which it was intended; sensible participation on the water, respect for the other water users in the local area and that you all come back safely to take part in the on land fun activities that are planned! Then we may be asked back for more........
Wishing everyone a brilliant weekend on the water! See you all there - Bet, Sheena & Sharon.

Nope. The only bit of speed restriction you will see is the eight knot bit directly in front of the Marina and Burnham Quay and I will deal that by showing you all exactly where it is come the day. Other than that you are good to go, you just need to be aware of your own responsibilities as a skipper.
You will fall under teh Crouch Harbour Authority for part of it all and if you want to read see here but the eight knot bit is the main onerous part.
http://crouchharbour.org.uk/
Bear in mind as visiting boats you are not under the normal bit of harbour dues etc.

Mutz, I think we might have a set of 26 solas or 30 bravos available although that is all dependant on Chaos getting his backside into gear with another bit of scrap metal he has rolling about in his boot!

That's it Tom, around 50nm and you can get more if you want up the Blackwater or for the really brave take a sweep round the windfarm on the way back.
No real need for gps etc where we are going as long as you know what a green and red buoy means but someone needs to remind Andy to swap his socks over when he goes round the furthest point!
20 something miles for the short course which puts us all back together on the way in.
