Good plan - but I suspect a bit optimistic that he wouldn't be rumbled

This time, I expect a better turn out for the 'Cotton Reel Tank' racing world championships!! Last year, the only other entrant was Lozza Bellamy.
Just read this post again from the beginning ... "Mine was ready to !! " ( secretly stored in Mr's foolish's handbag) .. waiting for combat.

How about an incentive this time .. BM cap perhaps ? for 1st place. ... Or maybe the infamous & elusive "Bart Hat" ...

plenty of time to prepare this time

ok, boatmad baseball cap it is.

but this machine needs to be versatile, not 'just' a tarmac racer.

Bollix!

I reckon it should have to climb some sort of obstacle course, and also a straight flat 'sprint'....2 races.

You cant win something as prestigeous as a Boatmad cap without it being a little challenging!

Seeing a "Jon" is keeping the course secret ... are we allowed... within the rules to make "slight" modifications (tweaks) during the evening ???

Went to the old courthouse last night, and paid for the room, so it's a definite booking

Na, I think it's easier to sort in out on the night, like last time.

We're not sure what to do re: food yet, didn't think it was all that good last year, so am working on it.
