Tag Along near the back?

Ahoy there are there a couple of spaces left for a Fletcher 14 and and an Apollo?
The Apollo has crossed the Channel and is a Folly veteran
Two great examples of smaller British speedboats!

F*ck yeah!

I had an Apollo! great fun.

Boat names?

we really need 25 firm entries, then I'll call Andy and get the ball rolling

My lookie-likey Apollo. The CB-9 a short shaft version (15") back around '80

Until we get to a workable number of interested parties, I can't try to Book the Folly, and until I try to book the Folly, I won't know if they can take us.

We had a provisional date of August 7th, but this turns out to be the last day of the Cowes sailing week, so the Medina will be ramped with WAFI's and booking the Folly might not be easy.

An alternative might be July 24th, which only appears to clash with a zapcat event, yet to be confirmed.

Thanks for quick reply, its just that I will be over in Wales ( Cardiff ) for a classic speedboat rally around mid August & it may be possible to attend your rally too.........

well we will see how the dates go..

we bought a "stage 1" hull in 1973, then cold moulded the transom & o/d well ( both curved ) & then cold moulded the deck onto the hull and completed the "fit out " still running with the original 1976 Mrec 500 50 hp o/b on the original plugs & prop..........

ps. have most of the original Tremlett brochures from late 60s > early 70s........

If you were to scan them at a decent resolution, we could have them in the gallery archive.
