Anyway, isn't it easier just to stop on the way and fill the boat up at the BP station Adam mentioned?
if i go by sea im looking at an hours run from northney, and some fun, rather than at least an hour in the car,ill leave northney full of fuel, and wil prob need 60 litres or so to fill up again when we get to lymington, and depending on where we go for lunch etc, some more to get back

11:00 (ish) at Lymington looks good. We will be using the slipway between the Lymington Town and Royal Lymington Yacht clubs.

Anyone who needs to give me a call on route - my number is 07786 454485.

Looks like you had a good day, you were certainly lucky with the weather this afternoon.

I went out yesterday, hardly any wind and the sea was very calm. Went over to cowes, then down to fishbourne, across to portsmouth and then up to the fuel berth at hamble and then home. Great day, we were surprised at how warm the sun was.

I must admit i was thinking of you lot today knowing SB was on her berth with a full tank of fuel.

Anyway, next job is to change the prop cos she is not performing well. I reckon shes experiencing 35% slip according to my calculations. Also suffering from vibration. The prop on the boat was repaired and obviously not very well judging by her performance. Boat behaved very well yesterday with no misfires from the engine all afternoon. Previous misfiring was traced to shit in the Gauze filter at the entrance to the carburetter, but its all sorted now thanks to Marine Power.

Any more pictures then matt?
