Lymington - Oct. 31

Planning on doing one or two tests with our raceboat before de-rigging for the winter. Was wondering if anyone else felt like bringing their boats along for a run. Could be a chance for a good blast round and a spot of lunch aftrewards in the Waterloo Arms!

Planning on going out from Lymington on Sunday 31st October - high tide is around mid-day. Weather depending and also a possibility of a filming company doing an article on 3C from Portsmouth (date unknown) which would have to come first.

We will probably have our RIB there as well with photographer.

Lymington works well for us - as the slipway is good with pontoons available. Also this time of year it is nice and quiet and there should be space in the car park as well.

God it sounds like you knobbers is gon to have a right laugh on Sunday with your boats and the weather!! LUCKY SODS!!

We can not turn because when we span out at Windermere we fecked the electrics up so not much is working and the trailer is dead on the floor and we need to change gearboxes. To much to do for Sunday.

Let us know how it goes and get some pics on soon!!

Theres actually a good new petrol station as you come into Lymington from Brockenhurst direction. A BP station with good access that does unleaded and their version of super-unleaded.
