Dear James,

As Captain Chaos says, the course will be 50-60 miles, depending on the weather, but please factor in the extra miles for the run up the river Itchen and back and also to the Folley and back.

We hope to run the course next weekend and will post the details.

Thanks

Robin

That'd be great, if it's half the list I was prive to a month ago it should be a great event.

Well, that's going to prove somewhat difficult as I'm Billy no boat, but yes; I'm sure I'll pop along a bit later and see what antics you lot all got up to!

Maths isn't your strong point then!

It's £275.00 for a boat, skipper and 1 passenger/crew, additional crew is £30.00 each. this is to pay for the lunch, and the 3 course evening meal and entertainment!

If 20 boats enter, you have a 1 in 20 chance of winning £2k, which to me is pretty good odds, as well as having a great day out, some good food, a couple of gifts and a right good laugh!

Its a fair cop! Attention to detail never was my strong point.

I do quite fancy doing the poker run but couldnt justify that sort of money.

Shame cos I am sure it will be a cracking day out
