Ah Ha Got you Both

You see your not taking into account the "Custom Made" Transom Bracket
Special note: nice piece of wood adjusting the height of the engine Torus Architrave I think

I'm seeing the designer / builder today, so I'll ask him. He really aught to know how big it is.

Anyway, numbers are looking good for the Poker Run. I'm expecting a few will drop out, but there'll be peeps ready to fill the gaps I'm sure, so looks like it'll be a full house which is excellent news. Now we just need mother nature to be kind to us.

Will be talking later today with Gill, so will try to bash out some firmer plans for the day.

for now, a rough outline starts with a kick off at about 11am from Dock Head.

Every time we do one of these runs, it's a nightmare getting everyone to tow the line as far as doing stuff when they are supposed to, so when the agenda is posted, we will be expecting some co-operation from you lot to try get it all running smoothly.

ie:
Turning up ready fuelled.

Turning up in plenty of time for launching etc, so that you can attend the mandatory breifing. If need be, that means travelling to Southampton the day before.

If re-fuelling is required at the lunch stop, you do it before going on to lunch, not announcing it as we leave for the PM start!

Making sure your boat is up to the challenge (preparation wise), broken down boats in the fleet are a pain in the arse.

If indeed we end up lunching at Gunwharf Quay, we will need total co-operation from you and your crews when entering / leaving Portsmouth, the QHM can be very funny about their port and have strict rules regarding navigation there. If we mess up, not only could some of you end up on a fizzer, but we probably won't be allowed in there again. We will obviously be covering this in detail during the breifing if it goes that way....So listen up!

I'm going to have to fit out the boat to a far higher standard than usual!
That means twice as much gaffer tape, silicone and cable ties!!
