We will be serving breakfast when you guys arrive, along with freshly ground Devon roasted coffee and tea's.

Lunch will be 10hr smoked BBQ pulled brisket, served with a slaw, salad in a flat bread, Pork Ribs, mackerel goujons and a veg option also of grilled halloumi.

All the meat will be cooked on a Texan 2.5m traditional offset smoker, using whiskey in the water bath and apple wood logs.

Roger, thanks for the correction - I knew what I meant. We plan to bring the rib and join you at lunch before shooting back to get the smokers fired up.

Not long to go now so those of you who are taking part may I suggest that you get hold of this chart (or it's equivalent) so you will have some idea where you are when you are out there! It's a big place and we will be travelling the whole length of the Western & Eastern Solent and back!

Unfortunately we have lost two boats, Grey Ghost won't be back from Monaco in time and I have just heard that another won't be ready. So those who said they wanted to join in the fun can make their applications now via our web site.
