1992 Ring 16 (Marina Corsican) 140 Johnson V4
I'm thinking of selling my Ring 16 to upgrade for next season, I bought this boat at the start of the season I was planning on keeping it for a few years but I managed to get more use out of it than I was expecting and so im planning on upgrading for next season, but I will be keeping this if it doesn't sell,
The boat is a Ring 16 that was made under licence from mike ring, by marina boats. Maybe someone can shed some light on this
The man I bought it from had had it since 1995 and stored it in a garage and It had just been used in a freshwater ski lake so it is in excellent condition for its age (1992 from memory) he used the boat until 1999 and then it was dry stored due to him not being able to use it, young kids etc. he started using it again in 2007 he was selling to upgrade to a ski boat.
The boat is in good condition as it has been garage stored for the last 20 years. It has had £140 spent this year to fix a wiring fault and £720 last year on servicing, new prop and head gaskets. The trailer had a new braked axle fitted back in 2008. The ski pole was professionally fitted in 1996. it sits on a roller brake back trailer in good condition.
There are various receipts including the original sale receipt.
Since I have owned the boat I have used it about 8-10 times and it has always been flushed toughly after use in the sea and washed down. I have rebuilt the trim motor this season, and there is a full tank of fuel! There are 2 split seams in the seats. but its in very good condition for its age.
I will be including both props with the boat, a 17 and 18 pitch from memory
